Lightning to 3.5mm jack audio issue

Hi All,

i am using iphone 14pro max and till now i was using airpods.

few days back, i have purchased lightning to 3.5mm jack so that i can use wired headphones also.

Somehow, after plugging in adapter and wired headphones i am facing audio issues.

whenever i am on call, i can hear the sound of another person but that another person is not able to hear me.

it is very frustrating. Can someone please help me with this?
