That phone was sold in the US and is locked to a US carrier. If you don’t know what carrier it’s locked to, ask whoever you got the phone from.

Not all US carriers offer unlocking. If you are not a current or former customer of the carrier it’s locked to, it is highly unlikely that they will agree to unlock it for you.

Best advice, return the phone to wherever you got it and get your money back then go buy one form an authorized retailer in your own country.

Contact the carrier to which the phone is locked and ask the carrier to remove the lock.

If that particular one doesn't offer it or you don't qualify, sell the iPhone to one of its customers.
