Whenever I open safari, it splash/blink continiously further i am unable to use any extensions install in the saferi.. this all started happening after i updated Mac to sequoia ... is there anyone facing same problem?? or have solution to this

Do you mean that your page is flickering? If so, I have exactly the same with my MacBookPro M1 version.
