How can I block unknown callers on my iPhone?

Unknown caller.

continuous calling auto dialer probably. The only way to stop. It is turned my phone on airplane mode. I can’t make a call or use the phone unless it’s in airplane mode. There’s no way to block these calls that I know of. Please help.
