Pin an email message in Apple Mail - Sequoia 15.0

Does anyone know the way to pin an email message to the top of the inbox in Apple Mail in Apple’s brand-new Sequoia OS? I'm sure Apple updated Apple Mail with this super standard feature and I'm just not tech-savvy enough to figure out how to make it work, so if there's anyone that has the time and inclination to lend a hand…
