How to fix SOS issue on iPhone 15 Pro Max?

iPhone 15 pro max (17.7) worked fine in Lansing, MI, until approximately 9:45 AM, 9-30-24. Then, it went to SOS mode. Can’t make or receive any calls. Texting is varied. Tried off/on with cellular, WiFi, airplane mode, the power itself, etc…

How can I get my phone out of this?

Contact your wireless carrier. If you're using Verizon, it's having an outage; otherwise, your iPhone either isn't connected to their network or there's a problem with your account on it.
