Bluetooth issues persist in Sonoma 14.5

It looks like this has been an issue for everyone in multiple forums since the Sonoma release, but Apple has done nothing about this since 2020 at last (over 4 years), so it's suggesting to me it's a hardware issue in its bluetooth set with its OS BUT ALSO that's odd because from reading all over forums this was an issue that appeared with the Sonoma release so it appears Apple does not care about its customers, and its affecting keyboards, ten keys, pretty much anything with a bluetooth connection. The only way to fix it is by turning bluetooth on and off. I'm running a 15" macbook air with an m2 processor and Sonoma 14.5 and it's a Macally bluetooth mouse. I do have my trackpad disabled when a mouse is present because I'm a little ham handed when I type and I hate the trackpad, but it takes the mac about 1 minute to realize that there is no mouse and enable the trackpad, and as an educator that is the worst if I'm showing students how to do something on the board. Idle time is the you know what... Thus, PLEASE FIX THIS. Apple, this hasn't been fixed for over 4 years!
