How do I turn on screen saver

Hi everyone, I'm new on Apple products and I can't figure out things. I just want to know how can I enable Screen Saver so it displays the "Hello" thing, I've been looking out for more than 20 minutes. I put the different settings presets I have. Thanks for the ones that'll answer.
