Syncing address book with Mail emails

My last post was zapped for not being more clear. Got it. Now, let's try this again. I am about to write 100 emails directly from a group in my Address Book list. I would like to know if it is possible sync that group, individually with each person. What I would like to do is

1. Have the same subject line for all the emails.

2. Be able to insert the first name in the body of the email from the Adress Book.

3. Write a personal and individual introduction for each address right after the greeting.

4. A generic standard response of most likely three paragraphs. That's it. I have done this "manually" before but it requires consistent copying of the generic body of the email.

It would look something like this:

To: Joe B. (joeb***@me)

Subject: Greetings from Apple Land!

The email

Dear Joe,

Personal Introcution (Hey, Joe, how are you doing? Were you able to finish...?

Generic Body (Life's been great since I've gone into denial. Did you know that Custer wore an arrow shirt? Today is the first day of the rest of your strife. Blah, blah, blah...

Salutation

Well, that was certainly long. Sorry but hope this makes sense.
