My iPhone 11 has notes stored, visible in "General > iPhone Storage > Notes (Documents & Data), but I cannot access them. When I open the notes app, nothing is there - Ha anyone else had this/managed to resolve this issue?

In the Notes App, tap on "< Folders" at the top left corner, then look for the "On My iPhone" folder. It likely has notes there.
Thanks for the tip, however, there are only a few notes visible in the folders. There were numerous schedules etc stored in notes & when I check on the notes in Iphone storage, it states around 1.7GB, which sounds right. unfortunately I cannot seem to find/access this info? It was there for months, then 1 day it vanished!!
