My hotmail mail will not load on my iPhone 13 Pro Max mail app. I started having issues with the 17 update but as of today, my mail has stopped loading completely. I have tried taking off the account and re-entering it and still nothing. I am up to date on all the updates. Is there any fix to this? It's very frustrating. I have attached a photo of what it says when I try to retrieve my mail.

I've had some success! I signed on to outlook to my hotmail account and checked I had all my security updated, added a phone number (not sure if this is what made a difference) Then when I went to add my hotmail to my "mail" there was no option for "outlook" so I chose "Microsoft exchange". It is now working successfully. Yay! So pleased to have my emails back, it was horrendous trying to look at them through the outlook web page!

Remove your Hotmail account and add it again, choosing "Outlook" in the list of e-mail providers.
I am having a similar issue on iPhone 12. I’ve re-entered all details to load my hotmail through “google” option including getting a text code, but when I try to get my mail it says there is a issue and I need to enter the password. Click on the message sending me to my settings and there is no option to put in a password. Tried to set up with “outlook”, but that doesn’t accept my password.
