32-bit float audio in video files clips easily.

When decrease the volume on the video file, it shows an obvious clipping, but if I extract the audio from the video, final cut can process it correctly.

The 4 clips are:

  • Video file
  • Audio extracted from the video file using FFmpeg
  • Video file -12dB in Audio Inspector
  • Audio extracted from the video file using FFmpeg -12dB in Audio Inspector


Is there a way to solve it?
