poor sound while ringing, the sound too low and poor also in whatsapp while listening to voice messages , i have to raise the iphone near to my ear to listen the voice messages its very hard to hear like normal , another thing
i have to touch the voice button 2-3 times to send a voice message its very small and stuck

The voice messages’ sound on whatsapp has become much lower than before since I purchased the iPhone 16 Pro Max. Can you resolve this issue?because the voice messages’ sound is very low in iphone 16 pro max Completely unlike my old iPhone, where the sound was very strong.
I’m also facing similar issues with my 16 Pro Max. I think I’ll wait for the next update from Apple. Since most of us are facing sound and/or touch issues on this device, Apple will address it sooner than they normally do. My iPhone 13 was better performing device than this flagship device.

iphone 16 pro max sound is very poor vs iphone 15 pro max and i will go back to 15 pro max
Yes same problem with me in 16 pro max, before using 15 pro max and the sound is more clear and high in it.
16 pro max sound is very poor, I’m planning to move back to the iphone 15 pro max
I had the same issue with my WhatsApp just now. Quit WhatsApp and restart again, I can hear the message as normal volume. Hope this helps. I didn’t try the iMessage though because I don’t use it.
I visited the service centre and they told me that my phone was fine. There is marginal improvement in the sound and touch quality after recent updates.
The solution is to download the latest version of WhatsApp. Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) has released 3 updates for their app in the last 7 days. Each update was for bugs. What does that tell you about their app? I know what it tells me. 😀
Yes, make an appointment at an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider and let them run diagnostics.
iPhone 16’s are all under warranty. But if they can’t examine them, how do you expect a clear solution and clear answer?
My wife called General Motors once about a noise our GMC Yukon Denali XL made and basically wanted a clear solution and answer. What do you think the service manager told her?
I checked with updated apps yet issue remained. Touch issues are also there. At times I’ve to tap few times to get effects.
