How to change my iCloud language?

Hi,

I am using icloud.com on chrome browser on Linux machine, and it always displays in DE language as I am based in Germany.

How can I change it to English. I have already changed the Language in account.apple.com to English.

There was probably the issue of the browser only, I changed the browser on the same machine and it is now displaying in English.
