The right side of my Beat solo 3 headphones is not making any sound

The right side of my beat solo 3 headphones is not making any sound. I’ve made sure that everything is updated, I’ve shut down and restarted them and my iPhone. For some reason I only get sound in the left side.

First, try resetting them: Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones - Apple Support
