If you enter an incorrect passcode too often, your iPhone may become disabled – forcing you to reset it and erase it to get back in. If this is what happened, hopefully you have been making backups and/or synchronizing your data to iCloud.

If this phone is Activation Locked (displaying "Locked to Owner"), you do not bypass the Activation Lock. If you are the owner of the phone, you can enter the Apple ID that you used to set up the phone, and the associated Apple ID password, to get in.
