Why is my Apple Watch showing incorrect exercise minutes / calories count?

I use the JEFIT app to track my workout reps and weights, but on September 29, I noticed it was adding extra calories to my activity, making the data inaccurate.

To fix this, I removed the app's permission to write data and deleted all associated data. However, this also seemed to remove the workout data tracked by my Apple Watch for September 29 and the day before.

As you can see from the screenshots, I completed a functional strength training workout on September 28, burning 227 kcal, along with some running workouts. But now, Apple Fitness shows I only burned 32 kcal in total, while Apple Health shows 352 kcal—both of which are far less than the actual amount. I’m seeing a similar issue with the data for September 29.

Additionally, it’s showing that I exercised for 609 minutes on September 29 and 917 minutes on September 28, which is clearly incorrect.

Oddly, the correct workout data is still logged in Apple Health.

Is there any way to fix this issue? I would really appreciate any advice.
