I am having to restart FCP 10.8.1 every time I add B-Roll above the primary storyline.
When I add Broll, I can no longer play the primary video. The application stays up and running but won't advance when I hit play.
When I restart I don't lose any work, just kinda annoying...
I am running on a Macbook Pro m2 Sonaoma 14.6.1

Hold ⌥ ⌘ while double-clicking the library you want to open to launch the application. A dialog will appear, asking if you want to delete preferences. If you don’t perform this while double-clicking your library, but instead just open the application, it will open a default Untitled library.
Could you please provide the specs of the media and the project properties? Also, could you post a screenshot of the timeline?
