How do I redeem my Peacock Promo code with an existing subscription?
When I go to the Payments section, the place where I can enter a promo code appears and then goes away. I need to enter it somewhere but there is no place to do so!
Promos offered by Peacock are typically for new subscribers only, so you would not have the option to enter the Promo Code. Are there details with the Promo that said it was for use with an existing account? It is not available on the Peacock website. Promos for Peacock are offered by other companies, such as Xfinity, but that is different than a promo offered by Peacock.
