Ok thanks. In that case read Update to the latest version of Safari - Apple Support.
If you are already using the latest version of Safari then the website is in error. Only the website developer can fix it:
"If you’re sure that you want to use the website, contact the website owner or developer for guidance about how to best use their website."
Does it occur if you attempt to load this page?
