How to unlock carrier

So that I can use SIM card from other carriers

You call the carrier to which the phone is now locked, and ask them to remove the lock on the phone.


The carrier will only do this if you are a current customer of the carrier and you have met the qualifications for unlocking the phone.


Only the carrier can unlock the phone. Apple is not involved with this in any way.
