How to request refund for Accidental Subscription Purchase on App Store?

I subscribed to a subscription on accident and it charged me 34 dollars for a 6.99 subscription I want my money back

All you can do is try by using this link:

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


When you make a purchase in the App Store, you must double click the side button with the amount showing on the screen. That is something you are responsible for. In most cases all transactions in the App Store are final. In some cases Apple may provide a compassionate refund, but it should never be expected.
