I bought new 15 pro max on 2nd of August 2024 and in the first month my battery cycle count was only 25 and my battery drops off from 100% to 99% and now today right after 2 months on 2nd of October my battery cycle count is 43 and battery drops off from 99% to 98%

Perfectly normal.
Battery Health will decline on average at about 1% for every 25 charge cycles.
43 cycles divided by 25 = 1.72%
So, the Battery Health is really at 98.28%, but Apple always rounds down for the display number, so 98.28% or 98.3% will be displayed as 98%.
At 250 charge cycles, your battery will be at 90%

Some people have way over 100 count and still at 100% but my 15 Pro has 42 cycles and already 99%. Just strange as most of times i have charged to 80% with intention of extreme battery life. I plan to keep 15 pro long time and i hope when comes time to replace battery i get better type of battery.
