I’ve accidentally microwave my iPhone 8

You say that you've already had problems with the screen, cellular connections, and Bluetooth. It is quite possible that these are just the beginning of your problem.

If you microwaved a phone, you might have to worry about cooking a lot more than just the screen.

Especially the battery. Other parts of the phone hopefully would "just" stop working when they were fried. A microwaved lithium battery might suffer damage that would make it a fire hazard. Or it might seem to work, but be much more prone to becoming a fire hazard at unpredictable times.

I would think that it is time for a new phone.

You don’t “fix”. You toss it in the recycle bin at your local electronics store and go buy a new phone.

That one will never work again.

Well, that's a first! I’ve never heard of someone microwaving their iPhone before!

I would have thought that would cause significant damage to many components of the phone, not just the data or Bluetooth.

It seems like you’ll need a new iPhone. If you have home contents insurance, you might be able to claim through them
