My iPhone 16 pro max battery draining fast. Last night on idle screen drain 8% from 49 % to 41. anybody other facing same issue

I have turned off apps background refresh and followed all care to retain battery. I set it to max.80% as well. But no improvement at all. I am always stressed of battery draining while using the device. I had iPhone 6plus and it had better battery life even after so many years of use. Iphone 16 pro battery draining so fast My iPhone 16 Pro battery is draining very fast. For example, when I charge my 16 Pro to 80%, it drops to 79 after a long time like 20 minutes, but after that, it decreases by 1% every 5 minutes. Is this normal? Another problem is that I left my 16 Pro at 66% at night, and when I checked it in the morning, it had dropped to %60. I have applied everything Apple recommends to extend battery life. Can this problem be fixed with software?
