iPad Air stuck in recovery mode after update

I have updated my iPad Air 2020 and after the update my Touch ID stopped working. After a while the rest of the buttons too. I tried to restart the device through settings and it didn't boot again. After initial boot (Apple logo screen) it jumps into recovery mode. Unfortunately I cannot restart it with buttons as they don't seem to work. After connecting to the computer it appears in the Finder and Configurator and tried to restore it but nothing helps. In apple authorised dealer we have in my country, they tried to do it too but also no luck. They told me that they are sorry but there's nothing they can do about it. I am trying my luck here, maybe somebody has experienced the same issue and managed to repair it. Thank you

As your iPad is already in recovery mode, there is no longer a bootable Operating System - and as such, you'll not be able to restart the iPad to a running state until the iPad has been restored to factory settings. This will process will install a fresh copy of the most recent version of iPadOS that is supported by your iPad:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings using a computer - Apple Support

To do so, you will need access to either a Windows PC (with iTunes for Windows installed - or the more recent Apple Devices App) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of MacOS). Ensure that your installed version of iTunes has been updated to the most recent version; the essential device drivers are included.

If you iPad is not recognised when connected to your computer, try using a different USB port; if your computer has both USB-C and USB Type-A ports, try using the USB Type-A port of the computer.

You might alternatively try to seek assistance assistance directly from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.

Hello Lotus, thank you for your reply. As I have written in my initial question, I have tried to restore the iPad on Mac in Finder. The iPad appears there in recovery mode, it offers me restore and update, I click that, it restores the iPad (logo with loading bar completed), iPad restarts and jumps into the recovery mode again. I have done that over 10 times and nothing helps.
