Here are the 2 most common solutions:
- Check in your App Library by swiping all the way to the left and enter "App Store" in the search field.
- Turn off Screen Time restrictions at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. The exact location of the setting that will remove the App Store is at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps.
