How to assign shortcut to new "fill screen" option?

Since MacOS 18 there is a (at least to me) there cam a pack of new tile and split options among with another "full screen" (or maximize) option called "fill" (in my german screenshot it's called "Füllen"):

I don't like the "full screen" (control+command+F) option. I prefer to see the top/toolbar while browsing in (let's call it) "Windows full screen".

Is there a way to give this new "fill" option a shortcut? I couldn't find a way. Thanks for a hint
