AirPlayUIAgent keeps popping up whenever i wake my M2 MacBook air

Every single time i wake my MacBook up or just login i have this menu that asks for AirplayUIAgent to make changes and that i need to input my login info for it to work. i do that and for countless times it has repeatedly asked me over and over again.

Any idea how to stop this??
