MacBook Pro 2011 macOS reinstall error

I recently reset my MacBook Pro 2011 but I am unable to reinstall macOS. It is stuck in High Sierra, I have updated the date, checked wifi connection, restart it with option-command-R but still nothing seems to help. Is there anyone who can help me to reinstall and be able to use the computer and save me a trip to the Apple Store? Thank you!!

Is High Sierra still installed?

Is this the process you followed to reset your MBP?

What error do you encounter when your process fails?

Have you tried to repair the drive and volumes? This may include using Disk Utility in recovery mode. You may need to set Disk Utility View > Show All Devices to list the internal drive and volumes. Then run First Aid on each internal device and volume. You have to be booted in recovery mode or from an external drive before you can repair the internal drive/volumes.
