My phone fell on the floor and it has shown black ink inside and at the same time glitching…moving on its own too and I decided to use superglue on the affected area till I get the money to fix it…is it safe for now because I was still going to use the glue over and over again till I can afford another screen

It's not clear what you mean by "safe." You've already damaged the phone and compounded the damage by doing a very dubious DIY repair. Short of taking a hammer to the phone, I don't think there's much more harm to be done.
Unless the phone starts to get extremely hot, I doubt there's any danger to you.
Start saving your money for a new phone.

Nope, not if self repairs have been detected. Apple will refuse to even look at the phone.
I don't think apple and maybe also many official repair places will fix it if you already used superglue on it youself
