I want to change my iPhone name. I wanna change my hotspot name. I wanna change my device names. How do I do that on an iPhone SE series 3

You can change the name of your iPhone, which is used by iCloud, AirDrop, Bluetooth®, your Personal Hotspot, and your computer. Go to Settings > General > About > Name. , enter a new name, then tap Done.
