If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it; otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

It will take 24-48 hours to get a response from a refund request, but you can check the status using this link and also see when you can expect the refund if it has been approved.

Make sure you cancel any free trial at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, otherwise it automatically continues with the subscription that you saw when you double clicked the side button to confirm the trial. You can only use a free trial once, so if you choose a free trial a second time, you will start the subscription immediately.
Sorry What do you mean by the email receipt. Here is the receipt I’ve received.
