My friend misplaced his Apple ID.....He needs it to set up a new iPhone. How does he recover, or change his existing Apple ID. He does not know what his Apple ID is?
Any help would be appreciated.

He can set up a brand new Apple ID during the set up process of the new iPhone instead of trying to log in to an existing one.
If he's trying to restore an iPhone that already has an Apple ID logged in, then he will need to find it before he can use the phone. You won't be able to remove an existing Apple ID from a device as it's a theft deterrent.
