Setting interrogation failed

I saw a few years ago that someone had asked what this means. Any updated information that anyone is aware of and how to make this work?

I also saw someone responding that same post that law-enforcement could’ve somehow gotten into your phone this way… any information helps! Thanks

No, law enforcement has not gotten into your phone; not unless they had physical possession of your unlocked iPhone, anyway. Any claims otherwise are nonsense. The message is most likely indicating that you have tried to set up call forwarding and it's failing, either because it's not supported by your cell carrier, you've tried to use a key code for forwarding that they don't support, or something is amiss with your account. Contact your cell carrier.
