say I give an airtag to a friend inside a shopping mall to find him in a couple of hours wherever he is. When i search, it shows the exact location of my friend, but it doesn´t help when i need to understand whether he is on the basement, first floor, second, third, etc.
Is there a way to know?

No. There is no way to know what floor they are on.
Apple does not support AirTags being used to track humans. They are designed to find personal items.
Also, any AirTag paired to your device, that is moving with someone else, will start making a constant noise, and issue notifications on nearby Apple devices to alert them of its presence.
Any reason you can't just call or text your friend and ask them what floor they are on?
If they have an iPhone, you can use the Find People feature to track their whereabouts.
