Flickering screen MacBook Pro 2018

The screen of my MacBook Pro 2018 started to flicker a few weeks ago. I was running Sonoma at the time and updated to Sequoia last week but the problem is still there. Here is in no particular order everything that I've tried :

Reset the PRAM

Disabled all startup extension

Ran Apple diagnostic

Run disc utility

Checked activity monitor for suspect activity

Adjusted energy saver settings, disabled true tone, changed resolution, disabled dark mode, etc...

Ran 2 malware programs + Cleanmymac X

Created another regular account

And finally, I completely wiped out the MacBook.

So far all of those hasn't changed anything. Even after the whole reset, the problem was still there. The only 2 reasons that tells me it's not hardware related problem is that if I start in safe mode (restart while holding shift) AND OR create a GUEST USER only account the problem is gone. As you know safe mode doesn't run all the extensions/programs and guest user account is a safari usage only.

I'm running out of imagination here, any idea???

Please help!
