when I was using an app and it requested app tracking it said I needed to be 18 I am 24 but I must have accidenatlly put my age in as 14 it has been like that for so long and I havent noticed that i couldnt change my age I need help.

If its an age set in a specific app, then you need to contact the App developers and see if its possible to change it.
If its the age calculated from the birth date on your Apple ID, then you can log in to https://appleid.apple.com and change it there as long as it rest les to an age 13 or older.
