Why can't my family access Apple Music on Apple One?

I recently switched my Apple One account from [Email 1] to [Email 2]. Everything works fine on my phone. Apple One is listed in my subscriptions for [Email 2], and "Share with Family" is selected. However, if I click in "Family," and then "Subscriptions," it only shows iCloud+ as shared. If I go to "Manage Subscriptions" from there, it takes me back to my own Subscriptions list where Apple One is listed.


The long and short of it is, my family members can no longer access Apple Music. I've tried logging them out of their iCloud account and signing back in, to no avail. At this point I'm at a bit of a loss. Any ideas?
