iCloud login keeps returning to the sign-in screen, can't access on iPhone or iPad

iCloud Login bounces back to sign in screen

and has lost all my emails. Cannot access on iPhone 14 or iPad. Cannot use email. Currently awaiting assistance from Apple but wondered if anyone else has had problem

can't login in mail even though everything is correct the mail won't load anything, it says that there's a problem withthe apple ID. I've checked it, even changed the password fearing it would be compromised, but everything's fine. Also tried to download the app again and updating the iphone to the latest update. What should i do?
