I have two iPhones (personal and work) both using my applieID. When my child sends requests for purchase or unlock approval, I only get the notification on my work phone. Those used to go to my personal phone as well. Is there a way to redirect or specify that those requests go to my personal phone? Thanks!

Make sure both your devices have a unique name at Settings > General > About > Name, and also that your child's device is not the same as one of those names. That appears to be the most common reason why a Notification only shows on one device.
