My iPhone 11 has this issue where on ios 18 my aps crash when i open the in app settings, i cant give access to my galery to any app, i cant give acces to anything. after i reset my phone my apps log out.

First, if you haven't updated to iOS 18.0.1, just released yesterday, you should do so. There are some important bug fixes contained within. Then if problems continue, confirm with the applicable developers that the apps you're trying to use are compatible with iOS 18. Older apps (and some current ones) may not be and may exhibit all sorts of issues, including but not limited to just crashing.
