Return of newly bought AirPods 4

I've recently bought the AirPods 4 without ANC. After receiving it, I quite didn't like the fit and my previous earphones had ANC which made me uncomfortable with the AirPods 4 as they don't have ANC and has too much noise bleeding. I thought of returning it as I actually went through the website and saw that there is nothing particular written about the return policy. When I contacted Apple support services, they informed me that there is no return/refund policy and apparently it was in the website. What should I do now?
