You know when you push four fingers up and it shows you all of your open windows? I wish there was a way to have like a thumbnail and name for each open window.

When you hover your mouse over the thumbnails, you should get a name for it.
If you need a name under each thumbnail always, you can suggest the option to Apple at the following website.
