Macbookpro2023 silicon operating system MacOS15 Sequoia. At first I could print from Preview with both Safari and Chrome, then only on Chrome (Preview kept crashing) and now can not use Preview from either browser. I can print from other apps like Excel or Photos or Word.

I'm still running Sonoma but had the same issue where the Print command crashed multiple programs, including Mail, Preview, and Quickbooks. I went to Settings, removed the printer, then added it back, and the print function worked again. I've been through this a couple of times over the last 6 months and have no idea what made it stop working the 2nd time, maybe a software update? Anyway, hope trying removing/adding printer will help you!

Resolved by removing printer and reinstalling. This updated the printer software. Thanks for suggestions.
You can paste in one of the application crash logs here, and the Print Center crash log, maybe someone can help. You could try resetting the print system as a first step. And consider sending feedback if you haven't already:

Our iMacs experiencing the same problems of crashing. Print centre will not allow choice of printers (we have 4 to normally select from), print centre crashing, programmes including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop - even basic Preview - all crashing to when trying to print. This has all occurred since updating to Sequoia 15.0.1.
Come on Apple, get your act together, this is not good.
