Stolen Information

Someone has taken my debit card information and is using it to purchase products of apple and I would like to have these refunded because I did not make these purchases please

iPhone 12, iOS 17

There are specific rules that a bank must follow when you dispute a charge and they are simply trying to get you to not dispute the charge. If you are in the US, there are protections in place to prevent fraudulent charge and also hold your bank accountable:

That page also has a link on top to file a complaint on your bank, where they are forced to respond in writing.
