Help Getting iTunes back on my laptop

I lost a bunch of data/apps/stuff on my laptop (my fault) and brought it to a "fixer" to get everything restored correctly. It runs on Windows 11. I use my laptop for generic things like email, Word, Excel, etc., but nothing too rigorous. The most important thing on my laptop is my music. It holds an iTunes library which has music purchased from iTunes over the years. It holds music from decades ago to current and it also houses cds that were copied into the library.

My "fixer" copied my music library from my old laptop and moved my library to the cloud, so it no longer resides on my laptop. I do not subscribe to Apple Music and or iTunes Match. I want to have the cloud as a backup and do not want to stream from the cloud because I stream over wifi and use my iPod Classic or my iPod in the car. I do not have unlimited data. My iTunes Classic has all the current playlists and songs purchased over the past year.

Can anyone help me to learn how to copy my iTunes Classic library to my laptop so that I can continue use it as my main music source? Or point me to a document that will help me? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I hope this is not too fragmented and I welcome any questions.

Thank you,

Sulfe
