No Toolbar on Apple Pro Ipad

There is no toolbar on my iPad. It’s really difficult to navigate. Also when I go into the app pages there is no toolbar. I can’t add pages. It’s very frustrating.

No Tab Bar in Safari? Safari is not showing the Tab Bar when I select the option "Separate Tab Bar". The Tabs are only shown when selecting "Compact Tab Bar". Underneath the search bar I see bookmark line and below that i see the current web site however without the tab bar. Like in the mockup image attached. 14.0.1 iPad sidebar appears when should full page On Tractor Supply web page I click dog products and my iPad 6 gen no longer displays that full page but instead shows a sidebar with tiny print. When I click a link,it use to displayfull page. I’ve exhausted myself trying to troubleshoot this. What are your thoughts. thank you

There is no toolbar in iPadOS. Some applications written for iPadOS may or may not have a toolbar.
