You’re out of luck. The back glass cannot be repaired separately on an iPhone 11, only on a 12 or later, because the back glass is also the support for the motherboard. So the repair requires replacing the phone. The cost is $399, or $99 if you purchased AppleCare+ and it is still in force. Here’s some guidance→iPhone Repair and Service - Apple Support
Think about putting that cost towards a newer iPhone with 5G support.
