Phone will not dial or receive calls. Cannot send or receive text. Maps goes to offline when not connected to Wi-Fi. Updated iOS, rest system settings, turned airplane mode on and off, checked all cellular settings. Contacted carrier found nothing wrong.

Check your iPhone settings
Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off. Check Do Not Disturb. Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's turned off. Check for any blocked phone numbers.
